A Buxton man is due to appear in court after being charged with criminal damage to a vehicle.

At around 11.15pm on Sunday, March 5, vandals forced the number plate from a Volvo that was parked on Heath Grove.

A 19-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident and was later charged with criminal damage.

Josh Johnston of Alsop Way, Fairfield, is set to appear at Chesterfield Justice Centre on Tuesday, March 21.
